For certain Poole diesel chassis which have movable tabs, rather than clips holding the brush in place.

The tab is riveted to the chassis, and so requires insulating (with the supplied heat shrink) the wire is soldered directly to the top coil of the spring, so as not to affect the spring pressure. Easy enough to make yourself, if you have a steady hand!
